Flood Alleviation Program (FLAP)

Many home owners this summer in the St.Catharines area have been given a grant by the City for the Flood Alleviation Program (FLAP) for those who are at risk of experiencing or who have already experienced a sanitary back-up as a result of sewer surcharging.
